Gifts-in-kind, 3rd party donations (“soft credits”), split gifts, non-receiptable items and partially receiptable gifts are all easy to process. The Silent Partner has a sophisticated electronic funds transfer feature which greatly streamlines the handling of your monthly gifts. The program has an optional on-line feature that connects directly to the web so that on-line donations can be handled efficiently. Our built in pledge features allows you to place and track pledges and will even calculate pledged giving. The pledge tracking feature gives you the ability to see what has been promised for an upcoming month, enabling your finance department to know what pledge receipts are anticipated.
The Silent Partner has a built in contact management system which has been said to be “on steroids”. It allows you to record unlimited comments on each donor and whenever you enter a change of address, the donor's previous address is automatically added to the comments with a record of the date and time as well as the operator who entered the change. Links between donors can be established and the program has a sophisticated contacts feature that can record each and every time you connect with a person. Mailings can be tracked and recorded enabling you to create and access individual mailing histories and record each contact you have with a given donor.

Summary highlights about a donor are presented right before your eyes so that you don’t have to go digging for information. More detailed information is just a click away. Creating reports is not a problem with the Silent Partner. A wide variety of prebuilt analytical reports allow you to see "the big picture" on such points of interest as new, lapsed and regained donors, annual giving patterns, "return-on-investment" of your fundraising projects and so on. All reports can be focused to include only donors and/or donations meeting the criteria of your choosing.
